全球气候变化是21世纪人类面临的最复杂挑战之一。减缓气候变化的措施之一是减少温室气体的人为排放，这对人类使用能源特别是化石能源的方式提出了新的课题。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家和第二大能源生产国和消费国，和仅次于美国的第二大碳排放国家，中国的碳排放问题已经成为国内外学术界和各国政府共同关注的焦点。本书从能源利用与二氧化碳排放的角度入手，研究了能源利用与二氧化碳排放的关系、中国能源消费与二氧化碳排放特点、不同经济发展水平下二氧化碳排放的影响因素、中国碳密集部门二氧化碳排放的演变特征、中国区域二氧化碳排放演变、二氧化碳减排技术的减排能力及其影响、二氧化碳减排政策、国际碳市场机制及其对减排的影响、中国能源需求和二氧化碳排放前景及有效的碳减排途径等重要问题。
