《高校外语教师角色及其专业化发展研究》共分10章。第1章~第3章回顾和梳理了国内外教学研究视角、语言教师角色研究方法和研究成果。第4章构建我国外语教师角色研究的理论框架。第5章构建外语教师角色调查问卷,验证问卷的信度和效度。第6章~第8章对来自浙江省4所高校的57名外语教师和855名学生进行问卷调查,同时抽取一定量的样本对教师和学生进行结构式访谈。通过数据统计和分析,探究外语教师的实际角色和期待角色存在的差异,有效外语教师和低效外语教师在教学行为方面存在的差异。通过访谈探究导致两者存在差异的原因。最后两章探讨我国外语教师应该如何以自身为资源,结合外语教师培训促进其自身专业化发展。
项茂英,浙江金华人,1970年出生。2010年获上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业博士学位。2003年主持并完成了浙江省青年教师资助项目,2006年参与浙江省教育厅重点课题1项,2008年主持浙江省社科联课题1项,2009年参与教育部人文社科项目1项。2005年和2007年分别获得浙江工商大学青年教师科研奖励和浙江省高等学校科研成果三等奖。近年来主要从事英语教学中的情感问题和外语教师角色研究,先后在《外语与外语教学》、《中国英语教学》、《外语界》等期刊上发表相关学术论文10余篇,出版学术专著1本。
