社会主义流通经济理论的研究是社会主义经济科学中的一个薄弱环节,在大力发展我国社会主义商品经济的今天,它更具有越来越重要的意义。本书力图运用马克思主义基本原理,对国内外组织商品流通的实践经验和教训进行理论上的概括。
本书的内容在相当大的程度上集中了1979年以来的科学研究成果,对我国流通理论问题,从不同侧面进行深入的、系统的,带有开拓性、突破性的探索和研究。
