As an arbitrator,Dr.Wang Sheng Chang has handled more than 200international arbitration cases of CIETAC.He if also an experienced arbitrator in ICC arbitration,SCC arbitration,HKIAC arbitration and an hoc arbitration. Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences. His key works include:Internatinal Arbitration in the People's Republic of China(Butterworths,Singapore 1995 and 2000,co-author),Resolving Disputes in thePRC(FT.Hong Kong,1996)and Theory and Practice of Combining Arbitration with Conciliation(Law Press,China,2001).
