As an arbitrator,Dr.Wang Sheng Chang has handled more than 200international arbitration cases of CIETAC.He if also an experienced arbitrator in ICC arbitration,SCC arbitration,HKIAC arbitration and an hoc arbitration. Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences.
