本书汇集了护理工作中常用的各种情景中护士与病人的对话，根据具体情景的不同分为预约、挂号、接诊、打针和静脉注射、急诊、住院、手术护理、院内护理、出院、化验及药房等12个部分。最后的附录给出了常用的医用英语单词、常用短语、医务人员的常用句型和病人看病常用句型等，以便读者举一反三，将各部分中所学的对话推广应用到其他相似的情景中。为保证读者学到的是地地道道的英语，特请美国加州大学旧金山分校的医学专家Lawrence M. Tierney Jr., MD先生作为本书的主审。本书是专门为临床护士和护士生量身设计的实用手册。

很实用 都是简单医院日常会话 从预约 到具体科室的会话 对初学者很有帮助
因为科室接受外国患者，又因为这本书比较切合实际，都是结合临床，一句话一句话的都可以用在现实语言交流中，所以这本书使我们那的学英语练习教材，同时有新同事了也会时不时的买几本，整体物流业也很不错。
