学英语难，学法律英语则是难上加难。其实，不仅中国人以为难，外国人也以为难，甚至连一些以英语为母语的人都会把法律英语称为“外语”。
用英语表达法律观点应做到——选好题，有条理，再自然地表达。
法律英语学习最终能否蔚然成风，取决于学校能否创出品牌。如果有好的品牌，用人单位自然会纷至沓来，学生学习的劲头也会空前高涨。

杨富斌，北京第二外国语学院法政学院院长、教授，中国人民大学博士，二外法学学科带头人和学术委员会委员，全国高校首届法律英语大赛组委会主任，主讲法理学、美国法律概况等课程，主研法理学、旅游法学等领域。主要著作有《信息化认识系统导论》、《现代西方哲学方法论》、《旅行社监管法律制度研究》等。主要翻译著作有《过程与实在》、《社会科学方法论》、《社会科学基础》和《社会科学哲学》等。
鲁勤，北京第二外国语学院英语语言文学专业硕士研究生毕业，曾担任专业翻译多年，有外企工作经历，现任北京联合大学专职英语教师，主要讲授英语口语、听力、写作、阅读等。主要翻译作品有《剑桥美国文学史》、《职业导游》、《国际饭店管理》等，编写并出版《高级口译教程》等。

Thirdly, thescope of FI'A is enlarging very fast,not limited to traditional tariff cut and non-tariff measures. Considering economic and trade policy are better coordinated inregion than in WTO, regional cooperation has prepared topics and pre-communication for future negotiation in WTO. Fourthly,FI'A compensates losersfrom a reduction in protection and reduces the average protection of membercountries. At certain circumstances, Fl'A helps countries which are not WTOmembers meet the requirement of the WTO.
