首先，先说内容吧，小说诗歌戏剧三部分很全面，但是理论部分内容有点欠缺，可以结合外研社英美文学文库的理解诗歌、理解小说两本书来看。其次，关于书本身，在当当买了这么多书，很少出现这种情况，书有些破，对于我这种完美主义者，小失望一下。
书分fiction，poetry，drama三大部分书的英文名字叫elements of litera***e 主要介绍文学最基本的概念 内容编排非常系统 阅读材料非常丰富 最后还给了名词解释的索引 对考文学方向研究生的同学会很有帮助
北外编的，是非常好的，考文学的一定要读读，对文学作品分析很有帮助
很适合英语专业报考文学类研究生的同学使用
适合英语专业考研用，但是课后练习木有答案，很纠结，不过可以找教授探讨啊哈
不难看懂，对拓宽知识面有帮助
内容质量都很好，也很专业，比较适合初学者
书很新，没有折页。想看的的话值得一买。
