《初中英语精讲精练》（初中起点）的编写，旨在帮助广大师生更好地领会《英语课程标准》的精神实质，适应新课程教材的教学要求；使学生通过专项和综合性练习获得准确运用语言的能力。 本书以外语教学与研究出版社同英国麦克米伦出版公司合作编写的《英语》（新标准）（初中起点）系列教材为依托，由初中英语教学方面的优秀教研人员和骨干教师编写。 本书的设计与教材同步，按照讲、练结合的形式，帮助学生理解每个模块的重点，使学生在实践中解决每个模块出现的难点，巩固对语言点、知识点的掌握，促进学生语言运用能力的提高。在编排上，每个模块设有“学习目标点击”、“要点精讲”、“要点精练”、“拓展训练”、“探究与实践”五个环节，帮助学生对所学重点内容归纳梳理，并实现语言知识和文化信息方面的扩充。此外，本书还编写了两套综合测试题，便于学生进行检测和巩固。书后附有“练习答案及听力原文”。 我们希望这套《初中英语精讲精练》（初中起点）能够成为老师进行教学检测、学生进行复习巩固的好帮手。

I am a little fish. I live in a small fiver. Its dark there, but I am not afraid. There are many fish living near me, and I have a lot of friends. We often play games together.
