《简明会计英语教程》共分为18个单元，每单元含八部分：核心术语提示、课文、核心术语、扩展词汇、注释、强化练习、会计相关知识介绍及延伸阅读。通过学习本教材，使学生能在较短的时间（一学期）内掌握约1200个常用会计英语词汇，熟悉一般的会计英语专业术语，并了解基本的会计运作程序。
