This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th European Conference on Software Quality, ECSQ 2002, held in Helsinki, Finland, in June 2002.The 31 revised full papers presented together with seven abstracts of invited presentations were carefully reviewed and selected from 78 technical and experience-based paper submissions.
