本书共分四大部分二十三章。第一部分为财务会计，共六章，主要内容包括会计循环、财务报告、会计要素、会计理论、财务会计报表分析及国际会计；第二部分为管理会计，共四章，主要内容包括管理会计简介、本－量－利分析、计划与控制及决策等；第三部分为审计，共五章，主要内容涉及审计理论、审计流程、审计循环和审计报告等；第四部分为公司理财，共八章，主要内容涉及价值、风险、证券市场效率、期权、税务、兼并以及国际理财等。
陈少华教授，1983年获得厦门大学经济学学士学位，1987年获得加拿大达尔豪西大学工商管理硕士（MBA）学位，1992年获得厦门大学经济学（会计学）博士学位，1996－1997年于美国弗吉尼亚大学任访问学者。现为全国会计重点学科厦门大学会计系教授、博士生导师，教育部人文社会科学

书的内容很有价值，整体也很好。
还没用 但是有用过中文的 还不错

值得一看的书，可以学到不少东西。
书的内容应该是不错的，和我买的上一本会计英语书一样，都是全英文的，只有每个章节后面有些单词或词组表，但是没有音标。外加几句从这一章节选择出来的两三句有翻译，真是太失望了。本来想买本中英文的，唉！上次那本还没有翻译完呢，好累哟 。不过自己边翻译边查词典也算有点收获吧，但是对没有时间的人来说，不要上来买会计英语了，除非自己基础好，或者在实体店看过可以的话在上来买吧。反正买了四本会计英语书，就一本英汉双解，财会词典还算最满意的啦。
内容方面感觉还行，就是缺少会计实操方面的内容，总体上感觉还行！
书不错，以前用过，后来丢了，所以又买了一本，正在看。
如果课文部分也有翻译就好了。
书里语法错误较多，多处专业术语不准确。
有不少地方是照抄较老的国外教材。作者
你抄就抄呗，关键是很多抄的内容放的不是
地方，根本就没有与前后文衔接起来。拜托
以后出书专业点好不好，陈老师？
