《船舶信号与VHF通信(英文版)》为大连海事大学船舶驾驶专业双语教材,根据STCW公约对负责航行值班的驾驶员的有关要求编写的。主要内容是《国际信号规则》和VHF无线电话通信。第一章、第二章主要介绍了旗号信号、灯光通信和声响信号通信方法,并着重介绍了船舶在各种情况下的VHF无线电话明语通信,如现在使用非常广泛的VTS水域通信、招请引航员的通信、船舶间协调避让行动通信、代理业务通信和船舶遇险、紧急、安全通信,第三章为通用信号代码、第四章为医疗信号代码。本教材具有较强的实践性,以方便学生快速查找相应的通信内容。 《船舶信号与VHF通信(英文版)》可作为航海院校船舶驾驶专业教材,亦可供海船驾驶人员和海上交通管理人员参阅。
