《高级商学英语》由4个模块13章组成，每个模块中有3到4章，覆盖了大部分工商类专业硕士学位的知识领域，具体是：企业管理(运作管理、组织行为与人力资源、供应链与物流管理、市场营销与电子商务)；财会、银行业与证券；国际贸易、对外直接投资(fdi)和项目管理；高级商务信函、专业商务合同和求职信。
《高级商学英语》可作为工商管理硕士(mba)、会计专业硕士(mpacc)、物流工程硕士(mle)、项目管理硕士(pmp)和金融专业硕士、国际商务等专业硕士教育的专业英语教材或配套教材，可以为那些对专业英语要求比较高的本科教育单独使用，也可以作为国际企业各级专业人员商务英语培训的教材和商务英语爱好者自学使用。
