内容概要

  《中国学习者习得英语非宾格动词的新实证研究》在研究对象上,选用了四组不同水平的中国学习者做横向比较。在研究内容上,不仅考察多种和非宾格动词有关的中介语错误,还把非作格动词纳入研究范围。在研究方法上,综合使用了控制性书面产出任务、可接受性判断任务、后续访谈、英语教材语料库检索等多种研究工具,不仅分析了动词的小组结果,还分析了动词的个体结果。获得了三大发现。第一,中国英语学习者从很低水平开始就可以区分英语非宾格动词和非作格动词。第二,他们对可转换和不可转换的非宾格动词之间的区别是逐步掌握的,学习过程中往往会犯一些混淆它们之间区别的错误。第三,在他们习得英语非宾格动词的过程中,存在词与词之间的差异,有的动词学生学得快,有的学得慢。他的这些发现支持了“非宾格层级假设”和部分支持了基于规则的可转换非宾格动词的习得理论,但不支持“非宾格陷阱假设”。除此之外,这些发现还表明汉语在中国学习者习得英语非宾格动词的过程中发生部分迁移,同时,二语输入的频次在该类动词习得过程中也发挥了重要作用。
