《嘻哈乐园：儿歌精华》以“寓学于乐”为设计思路，依据儿童所思、所想、所好、所能进行教学。将汉语学习化繁为简、化难为易。在轻松愉快的氛围中，儿童乐于集中注意力，教学既容易上手、上口，也容易入脑，学习效果必能事半功倍。课文部分全部采用韵文儿歌，语料词汇丰富，同时还能发掘儿童的创意和潜力。
