Carol M. Rumack, M.D., is Professor of Radiology and Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. Her clinical practice is based at The University of Colorado Health Science Center. Her primary research has been in neonatal sonography of high-risk infants, particularly the brain. Dr. Rumack has published widely in this field and lectured frequently on pediatric ultrasound. She is an American College of Radiology Chancellor, a Chair of the American College of Radiology Commission on Ultrasound, a Fellow of both the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound. She is co-editor of the most recent ACR CD-ROM Ultrasound Learning File Disk. She and her husband, Barry, have two children, Becky and Marc.

书的质量自然不用说了，非常好，书的内容很全面，可以好好学习医学英语了

作为专业读本，既可以系统学习专业知识，又可以提高专业外语水平，一举两得！

很好的书，写的既专业又易懂，印刷也不错，图很漂亮，买的值得。

腹部、血管、浅表器官、妇科、产科和小儿的部分都很全面，书里的图也很漂亮，但是缺少心脏的部分，是一个很大的缺憾！希望以后能有专门心脏部分的超声英文原版书问世！

外语书还是专业书，不伦不类的,出书的人没尽到本分还是翻译的没追求
